Disneyland and Seaworld June 2010

We were very Blessed to take our most recent trip to California to Celebrate Our Niece Olivia's First Birthday and do some fun family activities. We had great flights both ways. We couldn't have asked the kids to be any better on the flights and Tyler cracked everyone up on the landing of our second flight it was a little bumpy, everyone was quiet and Tyler cheers and says that was really fun! Wheee! It was so funny broke the silence of those around us. Then he continued to tell the pilot when we left that it was a really good landing!! At least someone appreciates the rocky ones!! The first two days we just relaxed At Chip and Abby's home as they graciously opened their home to our crew for the whole week!! ( send us the cleaning bill!) It was a bit cold the first two days and we soon found out that june is the " June Gloom" month in california! Back home eveyone was sweating in the 100+ degree weather and we were in jeans and long sleeves!! LOL . Thankfully the Sun came out for the rest of our trip. Saturday we Got to experience our first "football" (Soccer) game USA Vs. England They had a party for it, Abby is from England and all of her family was cheering for them, Chip, Wade, Me and the Kids were for USA. Chip and Abby's kids are divided!! IT was cool to see people so excited over soccer like The american's get over football. Following the Game ( a tie) we celebrated Olivia's first Birthday and she was a princess! I think she is the happiest baby i have every meet. She went a lot and never got cranky!! I will post more pictures later.I wanted to get a few up before the days turned into weeks!!
We went to Seaworld, disneyland and then Laguana beach. It was very relaxing, tons of fun,and so sad it is over!!

Mommy was very excited I got to meet Mickey for the second time in my life, this time with my kids......

At the end of a great Day with Family at Seaworld, I am so thankful that the sun came out, our first two days in "Sunny" California was COLD!!



We returned to South carolina at 1130 pm, to get to baggage claim and have no luggage and no car seats! After the paper work and loaner car seats were taken care of we were all wide awake ( california time) and starving! We headed to the Waffle house (Only thing open at midnight) WE had many strange looks when we brought the kids in at this hour. Tyler devoured his food and Ashley ate enough to tuck herself in to a nice long summer nap! WE did not make it to our house until 3 am, but Ashley slept until 1130 and tyler until 1pm the next day. I would say that, they had a great time and we wore them completly out!!

What an amazing weekend both in enjoyment and amazingly fast!! We Welcomed Meme and Papa to our house on thursday, Birthday party for Tyler on saturday, Baptism of Kids on Sunday morning and Easter Dinner Sunday afternoon! Wheew I was exhausted because i also added a 24 hour work shift on friday amongst the craziness!! I am glad Meme and Papa came to the festivies, but next time they visit no party planning... we barely had time to breath let alone really visit! Her are a few Pictures from Tyler's birthday, The baptism and Easter. I hope to do more later...

EASTER.... APRIL 4TH 2010 First a really crazy morning!!! The Easter bunny visited us, then we had to get 4 adults and 2 kids dressed and out the door before 845am! No problem right.... one bathroom and lots of candy.. but we made it!!

This is our Pastor " Big Ed" he married Wade and I 10 and half years ago and today we were honor he Baptised our children.
