We went to lunch at moe's and then to the fun zone ( eventually) with Miss Stacey, Jackson and her neice Haley. It was a lot of fun and Ashley really enjoyed having someone her size to play with!
I say we eventually we made it to the fun zone because, we intended on going to the one in lexington, which we came to find out had closed, The next closest one was IRmo. Way out in IRmo to me..... Anyways we didn't want to disappoint the girls, the boys wouldn't have known the difference.
So 20 more minutes later we arrive.
Ashley is a little afraid of the jumpy things, but Haley showed her the ropes and they had a ball. Tyler and Jackson also really seemed to enjoy it! Miss Stacey had the pregnancy clumsy moments..... I will allow her to blog on herself, but i can say the hormones are getting her! We can't wait to have another playdate!
Ooh and on our next play date, we have to consult each other on the boys outfit, the pictures don't show you, but Tyler and Jackson had on the same shorts, thank goodness, Tyler's red shirt was dirty!!

Big girl bed!!

She is very proud of her new bed!

She got into her jewlery box and was putting on all the braclets! Along with sunglasses from last year that have seen better days!

Well Ashley has offically became a big girl! She ditched her paci along with her crib, only one more MAJOR hurdle, Pottying!! Ashley really is doing great in her new big girl bed, night time is a little trying,but once asleep she is good to go. Naps have been almost impossible, only sleeps when she is completly exhausted, but i think she is just so excited to have a big bed, she can't relax enough to sleep! The first night Sunday April 27th she jumped up in down in her bed yelling " I like it, I like it" it was so sincere!
Along with pictues of her new bed. We found Ashley playing contently in the office...... with sunscreen! It was funny, but bad.........


Ok,we were wondering where ashley was she was so quite.....

I couldn't help but laugh, ooh what a mess!

Tyler's 1 year check up

Ok, no pictures just babble this post. Daddy will hate that, but anyways
TYler went to the doctor last thursday for his 1 year check up. All is very well. He took his shots as well as any one could for 3 shots at lunch time! Don't you just love waiting in doctors offices thur missed lunches!!
Anyways his stats are as follows:

Weight 27 pounds ( 95% ) ( ashley is 26 pounds!)
Height 32 1/2 inches ( top of 95%)
head 19 1/4 inches ( again 95%)

Results in he is one BIG boy! Whitaker says he is doing great and developing as he should. Says i shouldn't be too upset that he is not off the bottle yet, but definetly needs to be by 15 months. The boy will not drink milk out of a sippy. He loves juice or water out of it. I guess i will have to have a couple bad days ahead and knock that task out. I may try potty training harder with ashley on those days too! Why not make it really challenging! Smiles :)

Happy first Birthday Little Man! Wow, what a fast year it has been.
Lately you have not been wanting to eat table food and choke on it, but friday you must of woke up and thought i am One and i am a big boy now, you have enjoyed a lot of table food this weekend.
We kicked off a weekend celebration with Meme and Papa arriving from Pennsylvania on Thursday evening. Friday, your actual birthday we went to a carnival and Rodeo, you were wide open unitl 11:45 pm that evening ( you never stay up past 8pm)! I think you want to be a bull rider!
Saturday we just relaxed at the house and played outside. Sunday was the big bash! You had so much fun playing with all your friends and the icing off you cake!
You had more presents than needed, but much appreciated! It shows how much you are loved. We can tell you had a full and fun weekend because you slept in till 9 am today!!! Happy Birthday!!!

Ooh, not that i forgot, but just wanted to highlight the weekend first!
ON Sunday April 13th 2008 you took your first steps! You intially took about 3. THen shortly after those first few, you took another 5! I think you will be solo for good in the next few weeks!! Wow, that was the best present!! You started to walk!!!!
